Relaxing

Relaxing

Tanzania has many relaxing destinations where you can just slow down and enjoy the tranquillity. From luxury beach destinations complete with spar to mountain retreats and game lodges with views overlooking waterholes from the bar.

Often, safaris can be quite hectic, with lots of activities, early starts and long days, but it doesn't have to be like that. Its possible to design itineraries that allow for the same experiences but with a slower pace.

Relaxing destinations in Tanzania fall into 2 categories, those which are family orientated and those that are designed with adults in mind (for example honeymoon destinations). The pace of your safari is entirely up to you and our experts will work with you to ensure that you have the perfect combination of relaxation and wildlife experience.

As with most things you generally get what you pay for in terms of food and service. You definition of relaxation is personal and we will consider your needs in detail before recommending a location for your relaxing break.

  • All the Parks visited are really wonderful, especially Ruaha and the "king" Katavi that worth absolutely the long trip (at least in our point of view). Yahaya and Salim are like two friends.
